This recording is from Norse Code's Post Man Burn party and it was my 5th gig of 7 this week. I went into it feeling completely run down, with no voice, surviving of cough drops and Propolis spray, exhausted and sleep deprived. But something about this camp and the people who make it up gave me such energy that all of that went out of the door once I got behind the decks. All of a sudden I was at 127 bpm bopping around like a new born baby in a bounce house. It ended up being my most fun gig and one of those gigs that reminds me why I love to do this. Uniting people on the dance floor and seeing everyones smiling faces and hearing the cheers of joy- there truly is no feeling like it! Thank you to Julia for inviting me and being such a supportive bad ass babe, and to Scott for hosting, for the campers and attendees, to my tour manager Richy (lol) for the support in the booth, Chamboys, Anais, Maxxe, Andreyna +the crew for coming and ripping up the dance floor , and everyone else who was there to dance the night away.
