Almost nine years ago, I played my first set for the Maxa family - back then, just a small camp on the beach in Tulum. I traded a DJ set for a few nights in one of their tents right by the ocean… good old days. Fast forward to Burning Man 2025 - Maxa has kept every bit of that magic. Playing my set on Wednesday night, right after the rain, felt like the true start of the burn. Grateful to have been surrounded by some of my favorite humans and the incredible Maxa crew, who welcomed us with open arms and made it all feel like home again.
