BM Sunrise - August 28, 2025

My first sunrise set at Burning Man – performed on the Shortwave mobile sound experience. A mix of tech-house, drum and bass and some real pretty house tracks. We spent most of our DJ coins just getting Shortwave to the Playa so I was less prepared for this set than I would have liked. And since we did zero promotion not that many folks got to hear it – but the ones that did were pretty enthusiastic about it, so I hope you enjoy it as much as they did. It starts strong but finishes up sweet and easy. At one point I stepped on the party gas and it felt like the pedal was stuck and I wasn’t sure how I would ease off in time for the sunrise – but I got there in the end.
