Born in Cali - Colombia, rooted in a South American heritage and shaped by global rhythms, Yaku means Water, creates long-form music ceremonies that unfold as cross-cultural journeys rather than conventional sets. Moving fluidly from downtempo states into hypnotic propulsion, Yaku’s performances are built on patience, tension, and emotional trust, allowing the room to transform gradually into a shared trance. After having shared a daily Thursday morning sound journey in Bloom Camp, Yaku returned at night to draw a music journey full of diverse ethnic textures, ritual percussion, and deep electronic forms.
