The Deep House Yoga Project experience is designed to bring us on a physical quest with empowering mental benefits and a spiritual remembrance of how truly magical we are. We aim to awaken deep connection to ourselves, to our practice and to each other. A delicious combination of deep breaths, deep bends and deep beats - Deep House Yoga Project fuses the sounds of today’s underground with the ancient discipline of Yoga, adding a bit of oomph to our OM. Jen & Saoirse make up Deep House Yoga Project. Their contrasting skill-sets synchronise to create a unique & powerful experience that will elevate your mind to new heights, energise every fibre of your being & leave you with tingles right down to your toes. Long time soul sisters & collaborators Yogi Saoirse Connolly and DJ Jen Stallard. Now call Sydney home and have enjoyed incredible success on both sides of the world in workshops run in well known & respected music venues such as The Junction - Bondi, The Glenmore rooftop and in The Space in Dublin. They recently took their magic to the ultimate playground; Burning Man where this set was recorded, and have fronted the main stage at some of Sydneys premier music festivals such as Subsonic and Lost Paradise. They take fun very seriously and bring that attitude to our mats. Sessions are simply for anyone who enjoys being happy and connecting to their fellow humans and themselves. When you step onto your mat you’re stepping into an adventure of elevation and transformation where the ultimate destination is BLISS.
